Lisa’s hope is that by being on the Meaford Dragons she will be able to use the opportunity to market her existing health services and expand to include more in an effort to support the health and well-being of our community. Her business is built on the belief that an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure and if she can provide our community with the tools to support healthy and informed decisions, they can have a positive impact on our future and that of the next generation. Her mission is to empower her patients so they can take control of the outcome of their own health. She believes the five pillars of health include Whole Foods, Restorative Sleep, Hydrotherapy, Mindfulness and Movement. When these 5 pillars are in balance, optimal health is achieved and every one of these pillars can be supported at L’AB. All of the prescriptions given by the professional healthcare providers at L’AB can be fulfilled in their space whether that be a supplement, a herbal remedy, or a lifestyle recommendation such as meditation or movement. They want to make holistic health accessible to the underserved community and they want to make it fun!
